Public inquiry privacy notice

A small amount of information,
for one clear purpose.

The public website is for learning about the studio and requesting a conversation. It is not a family archive, client portal, upload service, or place to send sensitive source material.

What the request asks for

Low-risk information needed to arrange a conversation.

The Project Fit request asks for your name, contact details and preference, the person or family chapter you hope to preserve, your relationship, why the timing matters, a general sense of possible participants and material types, the likely audience, and an optional brief note.

How the form works

Your answers are prepared in your own email application.

The public form does not upload its answers into a Kin & Chronicle project database. When you select “Open my email request,” your device prepares an email for you to review and send. Your email provider and ours then process that message under their own services and policies.

How an inquiry is used

To respond, assess fit, and keep ordinary business records.

Kin & Chronicle / Unwindology Press uses an inquiry to contact you, arrange a conversation, understand whether the studio may be a fit, prevent abuse, and maintain reasonable correspondence and business records. Inquiry information is not sold as a marketing list.

Hosting and necessary service data

Serving and protecting a website creates limited technical records.

The hosting and security providers used for this public site may process information such as IP address, request time, browser or device characteristics, and requested pages to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service. The studio does not ask the public inquiry page to create a client account or permanent family archive.

Please do not send through the public site

Private family archives and high-risk personal information.

Do not submit photographs, recordings, source documents, detailed allegations, credentials, government identifiers, full financial or medical records, payment data, or other sensitive family content. If a commission proceeds, approved intake begins only after scope, consent, and project controls are established.

Questions or requests

Contact the studio directly.

To ask about an inquiry, correct your contact information, or request deletion where applicable, email info@unwindology.com. Some correspondence or business records may need to be retained for security, legal, tax, dispute, or operational reasons.
